Management of personal data
DATAZEN is committed to ensuring the protection of your personal data in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).
Your personal data is collected and processed in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework. For general information on the protection of your personal data, you can consult the website of the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties.
The DATAZEN has implemented a policy relating to the protection of personal data in accordance with the principles arising from the legal framework: lawfulness, transparency and fairness of processing, explicit and legitimate purpose, relevance and proportionality of the data collected, limited data retention period, data security and confidentiality and respect for the rights of individuals.
During your visit to the Site, DATAZEN does not automatically collect any personal data and, in particular, does not use any cookies or trackers.
However, DATAZEN has set up, on the careers area, the possibility, during your visit to the Site, to send us your CV either for a spontaneous application or in response to a job offer. The form is strictly limited to sending a CV to the exclusion of any other message and any other collection of personal data.
When you send your CV, the personal data contained therein will be processed by DATAZEN (whose contact details are given above) for the sole purposes of processing your application, assessing your ability to hold a job (qualifications, experience, etc.), managing and organizing interviews and creating a database of CVs of employees potentially recruitable by DATAZEN.
The legal bases for this processing are:
- pre-contractual measures concerning the processing of applications (CV and cover letter) and the management of interviews, on the one hand,
- the legitimate interest of the company in building a CV library, on the other hand.
By submitting your application, you are voluntarily providing your personal data (included in your CV) to the "Recruitment" department, which is the only department authorized to process this information for strictly internal use. Your data may, however, be transmitted to one of DATAZEN's managers who may be asked to review your application for their department.
The information you provide is mandatory for processing your unsolicited application; without it, we will not be able to follow up on your application.
In accordance with the regulations, you can access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. You can also object to the processing of your data.
To this end, each electronic communication is accompanied by a link allowing you to object to the processing of your personal data. You can also exercise all or part of these rights at any time and directly by sending an email to contact@datazen.fr , or by sending a letter by post to the attention of the Data Protection Officer at the following address:
Data Protection Officer
145, rue Noisy le sec CS
20008 93260 Les Lilas
Cedex
Your request must include your first and last name, as well as an address (postal or electronic) that allows us to correspond with you. We may, if we deem it necessary, ask you for proof of identity at this time to prevent fraud.
Your request will be processed within a maximum of one month after receipt for a simple request. However, if this period is extended due to the complexity of your request or the large number of requests to be processed, you will be informed as soon as possible.
The information you provide will be stored within the European Union and will be kept for a maximum of 2 years after DATAZEN's response to your application. Beyond this period and without your specific agreement, your data (CV, interviews, messages, etc.) will be automatically deleted.
DATAZEN takes great care with the personal data entrusted to it. However, if you consider that the processing of your data infringes your rights and, after contacting us, that your rights are not respected, you have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL.
Your request must include your first and last name, as well as an address (postal or electronic) that allows us to correspond with you. We may, if we deem it necessary, ask you for proof of identity at this time to prevent fraud.
