- The DATAZEN therefore selects and hires employees with a view to offering them tailor-made training adapted to market needs and delivered by trainers from the field.
- These training courses can focus on large system development, particularly mainframes, which are highly sought after in the banking and insurance sectors, but also on many professions involving new technologies.
We offer training courses:
- Development and production engineer, IBM Mainframe: MVS, CICS, DB2, Cobol…;
- NICT: Java, J2EE, C#, .NET…;
- Methodologies: Cycle V, Agile, DevOps…;
- With the common core: Project organization, methods and tools, the Quality approach, customer relations.
This program is primarily aimed at young graduates with a Bac+4/5 qualification from technical and/or scientific fields who are planning to reorient their career towards the IT sector, while offering them a permanent contract.
Our accredited training center offers technical training delivered by experienced project managers. Employees enrolled in the Youth Program receive 6 to 8 weeks of IT training to become operational with the technologies used in your projects, before being integrated into our teams, where they receive support as they develop their skills.
